President of the Republic of Serbia Mr. Aleksandar Vučić has been in the Kingdom of Norway from November 28 – 29th 2022. On that occasion, he has visited the cities Oslo and Trondheim.

During his work visit, the President of the Republic of Serbia has had a meeting with Mr. Masud Gharahkhani, President of the Norwegian Parliament after which he had lunch with Mr. Jonas Gahr Støre, Prime Minister of Norway. After that, King Harald V in the presence of Crown Prince Haakon has received the President of the Republic of Serbia. On the same day, President of the Republic of Serbia has visited the cemetery Vestre Gravlund where an official commemoration has been held during which he has laid a wreath on the Monument dedicated to the fallen Yugoslavs’ in the occupied Norway. The President has also participated in a Forum with leading Norwegian energy companies.

On the second day of his visit, President of the Republic of Serbia Mr. Aleksandar Vučić went to Trondheim where he visited the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, the Sintef Institute, the Siemens factory for production of batteries and laboratories of NTNU. The President has also met with Serbian students at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. During his visit to Trondheim, the President, together with the mayor of Trondheim Mrs. Rita Ottervik, has also visited the Nidaros Cathedral.
